Nutrition needs change with menopause. The need for protein goes up. Most of us are simply not getting nearly enough protein. And the handling of carbohydrates becomes challenged. Unfortunately, now more than ever, all of that pasta, bread, chips, and cookies that you love so much is working against you! And dieting at this stage of life makes matters worse.

The usual tricks that worked pre-menopause no longer work. Every body is different. It is important to learn what works for your body.  The key to feeding your body is to understand what your body needs in order to age like a Renegade!
