About Adrienne Kramer
Adrienne Kramer
I have always had a lifelong attraction to sports. A chronic issue with my knees as a child led to surgeries and an introduction to swimming as a means of rehab. I swam competitively throughout high school and college. I also competed in quite a few triathlons and road races. Being active in sports is my happy place.
My consistency and endurance have allowed me to train for long distances. My most interesting endurance feat to date was a 3 hour and 9-minute open water butterfly swim in St. Croix, USVI.
I am the planner of our duo. Lisa can come up with some pretty crazy ideas and then I help turn them into realistic goals and set things in motion.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and have accumulated 34 years of experience. I am also certified in Integrative Manual Therapy and have 25 years of experience as a practitioner and teacher.
I have a continual thirst for knowledge, whether it is new recipes, current research, or learning new things.
